what’s the point of freezing rain if you don’t get a snow day?!

For some reason today I was very stressed out at work. Everything was annoying me.. PMS much? haha.. I am very happy to report that I did not eat my feelings! That is very hard when there are all kind of goodies in the classroom. Sometimes I tell myself the students touched the food so I won’t eat it. 🙂

For breakfast I had:
So creamy and yummy. I also had two plums. 4p+


For lunch I had:
these are turkey burgers. I microwaved it with a weight watchers american single, and some frozen broccoli. I also had an orange. 3 p+

I know it looks like I didn’t eat much, but I like to have a snack when I get home to hold me over for dinner, and for a snack after dinner.


If you guys couldn’t tell, these aren’t my pictures 😦 I have tried to take pictures before, but they don’t look pretty like they do in other blogs. So if anyone has tips on how to take awesome food pics I would love it!

Tomorrow is another long day for me.. I have class, I doubt I’ll have the energy to post after class tomorrow.

For The Win!

Hey Last night was a great success for me. I went to the party, it had three different venues to buy from. There was a candle one, chocolate, and jewelry. It was really fun. I ended up just buying from the jewelry. The candles and chocolates were wayyyy too expensive. The jewelry wasn’t too bad. they had a deal that buy one get two products half off, awesome right… it gets better. The half off products were the more expensive products!

Besides getting some lovely jewelry, I was a very good weight watcher last night! I passed up all the chocolate samples, and only snacked on some veggies! I was very proud of myself 🙂 I was able to do this because I made a yummy dinner before going. It was a morning star chik patty, with roasted zucchini, onions, mushrooms, and grape tomatoes. I topped it with pasta sauce and cheese! It was like a chicken parm, but without the pasta. Its one of my fav. go-to meals. I make it a lot. Next time I’ll take a picture.

Today is food shopping and more homework for me. fun, right?

Did I say I was going to write in my blog more often?! oh yeah i did.. oops!

Well there have been even more changes from my last post. I started grad school again! this time at CHC, where i got my undergrad. the driving hasn’t been too bad.. classes are on mondays & tuesdays.

I moved back home to save money, and because of school. So I re-joined WW online, best decision ever! I have lost a total of 6.2 pounds in two weeks!!! Going back to online has been the best decision ever. It keeps me so much more accountable. Being back on the boards is a great feeling too. I’ve missed it so much since not having internet.

Today is kinda busy, doing laundry and homework.. and then tonight a little party. I am nervous about going because of the food! Which I know is totally lame :/ but I ate pretty bad last night, so I can’t do that tonight!

For breakfast I had some unsweetened applesauce w/cinnamon, and a pumpkin spice vitatop. Breakfast was 3 P+
pretty tasty.

I think I’m going to try this whole blog thing again!

My posts won’t be long since I’ll be posting from my phone.

Short re-cap of last couple months. Moved out of my parents house (yay) stopped ww online since my roommate does not have internet (boo) got a job as a full time teacher assistant instead of being a sub (yay) started online grad classes that ended up being very hard, so I stopped (boo) and gained almost 15 pounds (eek).

So I re-joined ww after they got a new plan! This tim I’m doing meetings since I don’t have internet. I’ve been doing it for a month tomorrow I believe, I am trying hard to say no to temptations but I’ve been having a hard time since its the holidays.. I had something going on every weekend. But hopefully that’s over.

I have been going to the gym a lot more now!! I’m always sitting at hme with nothing to do, so I finally realized I can go to the gym and waste some hours there! Its been working so far.

Oh yeah, and I’m a vegetarian now! It was 2 months on xmas.

I have wi tomorrow, so I’ll check back in later.

Zumba was so much fun! I burned 355 calories!!! I haven’t burned that many calories in one sitting in a LONG time. I think I might get addicted to this! We are going again tomorrow! We are going to try to do a different class a lot!

When I got home I decided it was time for lunch!

I LOVE honey! This honey I have been using is fresh from a farm! The bottle is almost empty 😦 My mom did order another, but she is going away and we won’t get it until next week.

I had a morning star chik patty cut up with honey drizzled over, another sandwich thin toasted to make a fake garlic bread, 1/2 cup of broccoli, a peach cut up and an un-pictured string cheese.

After my yummy lunch I tried to take a nap. Then I ate another peach, I ❤ summer fruit!

Right now, Angela and I are trying to figure out where we are going to eat for dinner. After dinner we are meeting up with one of her friends at a bar. I guess I should start getting ready no? I hate picking out what to wear!

I’m hoping not to drink too much since Zumba is at 10 in the morning!

hello! I’m doing this for good now! These past weeks have been so busy, and I haven’t been that good.

Yesterday I joined Future Fitness with my friend Angela! I am very excited to try all the different classes, have a personal trainer! I really like the gym, and I think I got a good deal! I know I will be getting my moneys worth because my friend will make me go to the gym. It is also on my way home from work, how perfect?!

Today at 11 we are going to our first class, Zumba! It’s both of our first times for Zumba, and we are very excited!

This week is going to be perfect, last night after joining we went to chilli’s. I stayed OP there!!!!! I have the chicken sandwich, but I changed some things so it fit their Guiltless Gourmet menu! It was good!

I started the day off right with a delicious healthy breakfast!

I had two egg whites with a WW american single, turkey bacon, a sandwich thin toasted with spray butter, and an un-pictured plum. Yum! All that for only 4 points, and filling!

I WILL be back later! I want to report on how many cals I burn at the gym! I’m gonna get ready, I then have to buy a new water bottle. Mine got gross. Then I’m off to the gym!!

Praxis 2

Hey bloggers!

Today was a very long day! I was up at 5 to get ready for my test. I left my house around 6.  Around 6:30 I ate my breakfast in the car. I’m actually not at my house, I am dog sitting. I didn’t feel like bringing food this time. When I dog sit I always have to pack up my foods. So I just bought random things I needed. So for breakfast I bought the smart ones egg sandwich with Canadian bacon. It was actually pretty good, and I didn’t really get hungry til my first test was over. So it kept me full til around ten, so for like 3 1/2 hours.

My first test started at 8:10, and two hours later it was 10:10. I had a break, and ate a cliff kid bar. At 10:45 it was time to go to my next test. I was leaving the school around 1:30. Both the tests weren’t too bad, I didn’t feel exhausted like i thought i would.

Since I was up at 5 and didn’t sleep that well, I took a nap. I’m not really sure what time I went to sleep. I think I took a 2 hour nap.

For dinner I had the most delicious sandwich! It was from Genaurdis. It was on a whole wheat baget, with smoked turkey, american cheese, lettuce, tomato, bell pepper, banana peppers, and mustard. The bread is very good. I also had rold gold cheddar pretzels. I suggest trying these, they are good too.

For dessert I had a skinny cow ice cream cup– dulce de leche. These cups are delicious. I’ve had the chocolate brownie, and the strawberry cheesecake. They are all so creamy and good. I don’t think I’m gonna try cookies and cream, I was never that big of a fan. Who knows, maybe skinny cow will convert me. I actually have one point left. I may have a jello mousse cup.

I watched Dear John while eating dinner, I liked it…except for the ending!!!!!!!!

This wasn’t much of a weight loss blog, just about my life!
